RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I am most grateful to offer my artwork to collectors and customers, this is a dream come true. I am a believer that art brings joy to a person’s life and may benefit the health and well-being of a viewer/owner of artwork.

If you have purchased a reproduction of an original artwork, an original painting or commissioned artwork from me, I understand this is a commitment you are making for this decision and take this transaction very seriously. I encourage you to take your time. View the art you are interested in and have decided to purchase, knowing that others are viewing at the same time. If you want to see additional photos or close up shots of a specific painting your are interested in, send a request as soon as possible. I will support you the best I can to make a final decision, knowing that buying artwork is a personal choice and begins a relationship with my work. Once a purchase is made, I am honored that you are becoming a collector. In addition to support a decision process, you can request to arrange for a viewing of the painting in person. I handle each sale and commission for paintings with full transparency and clarity as possible. Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, ask questions via email kathmerrickart@gmail.com and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. All photograph each piece of art is intended to capture it’s most honest, and true-to-life color representation, but realize the colors may vary slightly in person.

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered. Any exceptions to this policy can only approved by Kathleen Merrick and a restocking/shipping fee will be applied.
